At the trailer release event, Prabhu revealed the scale of the project. “The film has 1200 VFX shots. Normally even a cartoon doesn’t have that much CG,” he said. “We have seen and done everything, from scenes that take place in the sea to car chases, blight bites, and historical scenes.”

Producer Dhananjayan, who attended the event, expressed surprise at the film’s production value. “So many things have been captured on a small budget, and they have done it very well,” he noted. “This movie is sure to be a watchable creation.”

Lead actor Amar Ramesh, who plays an archaeologist named Tamil, spoke about his debut role. “It is a great honor to debut as an actor in Sathur. The trailer will showcase the talent of the film’s artists,” he said.

Cinematographer Ram T Chander described the challenges of working on the film. “We have planned and shot a lot of CG shots. Director Augustine has worked hard,” he explained. “We have made this film after a lot of effort.”

Music composer Adarsh, for whom Sathur is his first film, expressed gratitude for the opportunity. “Augustine Anna was the one who gave a lot of encouragement. We have tried many new things,” he said.

The film features an ensemble cast including Ajith Vignesh, Damodaran, Jeeva Ravi, and Suriya, among others. While the release date has not been announced, the team is confident about the film’s unique offering to audiences.

Producer Ram Manikandan summed up the project’s ambition: “Augustine’s vision is enormous. The movie is going to be even bigger than the trailer.”
