Provoke Art Festival 2025 Announces Lineup, Free Entry

The third edition of the Provoke Art Festival is scheduled to be held in Chennai on November 1 and 2 at The Music Academy in Royapettah. The two-day event, which focuses on Indian classical art forms, will be free and open to the public.

The festival’s lineup will feature a combination of dance and music performances. The first day will include a performance by Bharatanatyam dancer Rukmini Vijaykumar, followed by a musical presentation from Subha Shree Thanikachalam featuring vocalists Haricharan and Sai Vignesh, among others. The second day’s schedule includes a performance by actress and director Rohini and theatre artist Pralayan, followed by a concert from veena player Rajesh Vaidya, who will be accompanied by vocalists Rahul Vellal and Spoorthi Rao.

According to the organizers, the festival’s aim is to present both traditional and contemporary interpretations of Indian classical arts, with a focus on Bharatanatyam and Carnatic music. The event will also include an awards ceremony to honor personalities from the fields of art, music, dance, and theatre.

Entry to the Provoke Art Festival 2025 is on a first-come, first-served basis. The event is presented by Provoke Lifestyle.
