The Dhurandhar The Revenge trailer has amassed 312 million views across platforms within 48 hours of its release, making it one of the most-watched Indian film trailers in recent memory. The sequel to Aditya Dhar’s spy action hit dropped on March 7 and has since trended on YouTube charts in over 45 countries.
Ranveer Singh returns in dual roles as Jaskirat Singh Rangi and Hamza Ali Mazari, and this time the conflict appears deeply personal. The trailer’s background score and a key dialogue have taken on a life of their own across social media, with the audio trending widely on Instagram and spawning a wave of reels and fan edits.
The ensemble cast has expanded considerably for the sequel. R. Madhavan plays strategic mastermind Ajay Sanyal, Arjun Rampal takes on the role of ISI Major Iqbal, and Sanjay Dutt appears as the imposing SP Chaudhary Aslam. Written, directed and produced by Aditya Dhar, the film is a Jio Studios and B62 Studios co-production.
