Lyricist Sarathi, best known for penning popular Tamil film songs like Neelothi and Katrodu Pattam Pola, has written a devotional track dedicated to Lord Shiva. Agarava Magarava, a new spiritual album song released through the Yaan Foundation, draws on Shaivite traditions to celebrate the glory and divine energy of Shiva.
The song is performed by Gold Devaraj, a vocalist who has built a steady following in the Tamil devotional music space, previously collaborating with composer Ghibran on his Spiritual Series. Devaraj brings a measured intensity to the track, letting Sarathi’s lyrics carry the weight rather than leaning into vocal theatrics.

Music for the album comes from Ganesh Raghavendra, who has shaped the arrangement to sit somewhere between classical devotional music and contemporary production. The song was directed by Savio, who previously worked as an assistant director under Samuthirakani and Lakshmanan. Editing and AI-related work was handled by Goutham, with Pradeep Kumar and Deepa producing and Mohammed Bilal serving as production executive.
The song was launched at Prasad Theatre in Chennai, with Dindigul Sivapura Aadheenam Sri La Sri Thirunavukkarasar Desika Paramacharya Swamigal, Desa Mangaiyarkarasi, and several film directors including Romeo Juliet Lakshmanan and Vasanthamani in attendance.

Agarava Magarava is now streaming on the Yaan Foundation’s YaanTamil YouTube channel.
