Radhakrishnan Parthiban‘s upcoming film Teenz, a children-centric adventure thriller, has garnered attention with its unique trailer launch and a newly-set world record. The event, held in Chennai, saw acclaimed director Mani Ratnam unveil the trailer, while the film achieved recognition from the World Records Union for the “most audio launch ceremonies for a movie at a single venue.“

Teenz achieved this feat by holding four consecutive audio launch events at Kamala Theatre. The film‘s focus on thirteen children extended beyond the screen, with the team felicitating 13 young achievers from various fields during the ceremony.

Musician Lydian Nadhaswaram, speaking on behalf of the young achievers, expressed his admiration for Parthiban‘s vision and the film‘s music. “Teenz is a dream come true for Parthiban,“ he stated, “I listened to the songs and they‘re amazing. Like all of you, I‘m also excited to see the movie in theatres.“

The film‘s innovative approach was a recurring theme throughout the event. Actress Poornima Bhagyaraj commended Parthiban‘s unconventional style, stating, “Parthiban is the one who innovates everything. He has made Teenz in the same way and introduced so many new talents through this film.“

Dr. Pinchi Srinivasan, one of the film‘s producers, highlighted the collaborative spirit of the project and the energy Parthiban brought to the set. He expressed confidence in the film‘s appeal, stating, “I hope Teenz will be a huge success since it is not only for children but also for all sections of the audience.“

Several industry figures lauded Parthiban‘s dedication to pushing boundaries. Actor Vidharth praised the trailer and music, while director Perarasu compared Teenz to Parthiban‘s earlier work, noting, “‘Puthiya Paathai‘ is still fresh even after 33 years, but he keeps breaking new ground.“

Parthiban himself expressed gratitude for the support and highlighted the film‘s experimental nature. “We have tried a lot of new things in the film,“ he shared, reflecting on his collaboration with music composer D. Imman.

With its unique premise, record-breaking launch, and a chorus of industry praise, Teenz promises to be an innovative addition to Tamil cinema. The film is set to release in theaters across Tamil Nadu (excluding Coimbatore) through Sakthi Film Factory. Elma Pictures has bagged Coimbatore release rights.
