Trisha at Vijay's Panaiyur Home as TVK Leads Vote Count

On her 43rd birthday and with TVK in front in 106 seats, Trisha arrived at Vijay's Panaiyur residence in Chennai. ANI footage of the visit is doing the rounds.

Trisha walked into Vijay's Panaiyur house on her 43rd birthday with TVK ahead in 106 of 234 seats and the count still live.

Hours after her morning visit to Tirupati, Trisha Krishnan turned up at Vijay’s Panaiyur residence in Chennai on Monday afternoon. The visit landed mid-count: TVK, Vijay’s party contesting all 234 Tamil Nadu seats in its first assembly outing, was leading in 106 at the time of her arrival, and the result was still being called constituency by constituency. ANI carried the footage of her walking into the gate.

The optics are not subtle. Trisha and Vijay have been the subject of a steady drip of relationship speculation since their joint appearance at the Kalpathi Suresh-Meenakshi Suresh family wedding earlier this year, where they arrived in the same car in colour-matched outfits and went up on stage together to congratulate the couple. The chatter sharpened after Sangeetha filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences, allegations of adultery with an unnamed actress, and mental strain. Neither Trisha nor Vijay has responded to any of it on the record.

Some quarters had already read her morning at Tirumala as a temple visit tied to TVK’s electoral prospects rather than her birthday; the Panaiyur stop closes that loop. Whether she is there as a co-star celebrating, a long-time friend, or what social media has been calling it for months is not something either party is likely to clarify today. The vote count is the bigger story in the room either way.

The two have shared the screen across Vijay’s most-watched filmography — Ghilli, Thirupachi, Aathi, Kuruvi, and Leo — and most recently in a special song in Venkat Prabhu’s GOAT, Vijay’s penultimate film before the political pivot.
